For those who had swimmers swim at the minimum of 2 meets, you should have received an email by now with information about which meet your child qualified for. If your child did not participate in at least 2 meets, they will not be able to compete in county, but can still come to practice. If I have not heard back from your regarding your child's placement in a meet, I assumed what I chose for them was ok. I have sent our entries in, so changes are very limited at this point. I am headed out of town for the weekend, but will be able to check email and text from time to time. Meghan will be at the pool on Monday if you have any questions.
Wednesday, July 25- Bronze Meet at Lindon. Warm-ups begin at 2pm.
Friday, July 27- Silver Meet at Riverside. Warm-ups begin at 3pm.
Saturday, July 28- Gold Meet at Riverside. Warm-ups begin at 6:30 am.
There is NO PRACTICE on Tuesday, July 24th because of Pioneer Day. We will have practice until the end of the week. Our last official day of practice is Friday, July 27th. We will take it easy at practice Wednesday-Friday so those that are swimming in county can conserve energy.
Tuesday, August 7th will be our end of season swim team pool party/BBQ. This is a fun event for the entire family. I will post more information later regarding BBQ food prices. We are excited for your families to come to this so we can recognize the hard work of your swimmers. ALL swimmers will receive a trophy, and county awards will be given out at this time as well. Please let me know if you plan to attend this party (and how many children/adults in your party), so we can give a number to our chef.
