July 12 Swim Meet

Hello everyone,

I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July!  Things are going well and your children are progressing well on swim team.  A couple of important updates:

1) If you haven't picked up your t-shirt that you pre-order, please come pick it up from me.  The shirts turned out great!  I did order some extras, so if you didn't have a chance to order one but would still like one, please come get one ASAP!

2) There is a meet this Saturday, July 12 at Riverside with Lindon.  Warm-ups will begin at 7:30 and the meet will start at 8 am.  Keep in mind that swimmers are required to swim in 2 meets in order to qualify for the county championships.  We only have two meets left.

3) The date for the end of season BBQ and pool party has been set for Wednesday, August 13 at 6 pm. 

4) I have posted the results from the past two meets on the side bar for those who are interested in their times.  Please keep in mind that the Riverside pool is a METER pool while the rest of the pools in our league are YARD pools.  The dividing factor is 1.11.  So, if you would like to covert a meter time to a yard time, divide it by 1.11.
