The following link is the Psych sheet.  This is the meet program they will sell for $1 at the meet.  It will give you an idea of how many kids are swimming in each event, what your child is ranked, and the order of events.  This paper will give you a general timeline of the meet.

Please be sure to check in with me when you arrive.  Yesterday was hot, and I saw quite a few sunburns.  Please bring plenty of water for your swimmer, sunscreen, extra towels, shade, chairs, and snacks.  We were so pleased at how well our swimmers did yesterday.  We are so excited to see some more strong finishes today.  Please text me 801-368-0779 if your child is not planning on coming before 12:30 so I can turn in the scratches.
