Springville @ RCC tomorrow
Warm-Up- 7:30 am
Meet Start: 8 am
Check in with coaches at the front desk to get cards. If you haven't gotten your cap yet, you can grab it at the meet tomorrow. Remember to bring plenty of towels and snacks/water. We WILL NOT be having a concessions stand tomorrow (we aren't getting enough donations to make it worth running), so plan on bringing your own snacks and treats.
Next week meet at Spanish Fork 7/18/2015.
I will be heading on trek next week and this meet will be running with a computer system, so I will need all meet entries to me by next Tuesday evening. You can let me know at practice on Tuesday, or email/text me your meet entries by Tuesday night.
